“Teach me your way, Lord, and I will live by your truth. Give me an undivided mind to fear your name.” – Psalm 86:11 (CSB)
Reflection is not only about celebrating but also about learning. God uses both victories and challenges to teach us and grow our faith. When we reflect on the lessons He’s teaching us, we become better equipped to serve Him and others.
This week, let’s focus on identifying the lessons we’ve learned in ministry and how they can shape us moving forward.
For musicians, lessons learned might include recognizing the value of preparation, flexibility, or listening to one another. Reflect on a time when you faced a challenge and how it helped you grow as a musician and team member.
For the tech team, lessons learned could involve troubleshooting under pressure, adapting to unexpected changes, or improving communication. Reflect on how God has used these experiences to strengthen your skills and deepen your reliance on Him.
Personal Reflection: Identify one key lesson God has taught you recently and pray for wisdom to apply it.
Team Reflection: Share with the team a lesson you’ve learned and how it has helped you grow.
Sunday Preparation: Apply a lesson you’ve learned during Sunday’s service to improve your role or perspective.
