For musicians, celebrating progress might include recognizing how your skills have grown, how the team has developed its sound, or how the congregation responds in worship. Reflect on the ways God has strengthened and refined your gifts.
For the tech team, progress could look like smoother transitions, quicker problem-solving, or improved communication. Celebrate the ways your work has made worship more seamless and engaging for the congregation.
