“Commit your activities to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” – Proverbs 16:3 (CSB)
Reflection naturally leads to planning ahead. By looking back at what God has done and what we’ve learned, we can move forward with greater clarity and purpose. Planning ahead allows us to prepare for future opportunities to serve, trusting that God will guide our steps.
This week, let’s reflect on how we can take what we’ve learned and experienced and use it to plan for the next season of ministry.
For musicians, planning ahead might mean setting new goals for your craft, preparing for upcoming worship sets, or identifying areas where the team can grow musically. Trust that God will bless your preparation as you commit it to Him.
For the tech team, planning ahead could involve updating systems, learning new techniques, or preparing for special services. Thoughtful planning ensures that you are equipped to serve with excellence in the weeks and months ahead.

Team Reflection: Discuss as a team what you can do collectively to prepare for the future.
Sunday Preparation: Use Sunday’s service as a time to implement any plans or ideas that can enhance your role moving forward.
