Week 51: Ending Strong
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” – 2 Timothy 4:7 (CSB)
Ending the year strong is about finishing with faith, passion, and gratitude for all God has done. It’s a time to commit to serving Him wholeheartedly, reflecting on His faithfulness and preparing to step into a new season of ministry.
This week, let’s focus on finishing this year’s ministry with excellence, thanking God for His guidance and preparing our hearts for what’s ahead.
For musicians, ending strong might involve giving your best during final rehearsals and services of the year, taking time to thank your team, and committing to return in the new year with a renewed heart for worship.
For the tech team, ending strong could involve preparing thoroughly for special year-end services, thanking your teammates for their hard work, and reflecting on how your role has contributed to the ministry’s success this year.
1. Personal Reflection: Pray and thank God for the opportunity to serve this year, committing your future service to Him.
2. Team Reflection: Share with the team one way you’ve seen God work through your ministry this year.
3. Sunday Preparation: Serve this Sunday with a mindset of finishing strong, giving your absolute best for God’s glory.
