Week 48: Recognizing Accomplishments

“Well done, good and faithful servant! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy.” – Matthew 25:21 (CSB)

As the year draws to a close, it’s important to pause and recognize the accomplishments of the team and individuals who have faithfully served throughout the year. Celebrating these achievements isn’t about seeking glory but about giving thanks to God for His guidance and provision.

This week, let’s reflect on the ways God has worked through us and celebrate the accomplishments that have brought Him glory.

For musicians, accomplishments might include mastering difficult pieces, improving as a team, or witnessing the congregation engage deeply in worship. Reflect on how your dedication has impacted the ministry this year.

For the tech team, accomplishments could include resolving challenges, streamlining processes, or ensuring smooth services despite obstacles. Celebrate the ways your work has supported the worship experience.

1.             Personal Reflection: Write down three accomplishments you are thankful for and praise God for them.

2.             Team Reflection: Share as a team the accomplishments you’ve seen in one another throughout the year.

3.             Sunday Preparation: Celebrate this week’s service as a moment to thank God for all He has done through your ministry.
